Sylvester O’Halloran Bridge

May 19.

A shot of the Sylvester O’Halloran Bridge (from the Hunt Museum side). The bridge spans  the Abbey River from the back of the Hunt Museum to the Potato Market and forms part of the walk from Arthur’s Quay Park over to King John’s Castle. It’s an interesting bridge that has aged well in terms of design (in my opinion) considering it was probably designed in 1986 (opened in March 1987).
